ASA Ambassador - Peachtree

ASA Ambassadors help us host our Activity Partners, volunteers and participants. They will be assigned to an ASA information tent and/or a general area along the route. ASA Ambassadors These helpers will assist with checking in Activity Partners and volunteers, as well as answer any participant questions that arise. Duties include the following:

• Help with set-up and organization of ASA info tent and general area

• Provide overall event information (i.e., times, what is ASA, why, how, etc.)

• Direct ASA participants to key areas of the event (i.e., restrooms, water stations, activities, etc.)

• Check in Activity Partners and direct them to their location

• Check in volunteers and direct them to their assignments

Ambassador Criteria

• Minimum Age: 16

• ABC Membership: Strongly encouraged; required for Lead Ambassador role

• Knowledge: Familiar with area cross streets, businesses and Atlanta Streets Alive

• Orientation: Strongly encouraged; required for Lead Ambassador role

• Shifts: Noon - 3:30pm or 3:00 - 6:30pm; event entirety, noon - 6:30pm required for Lead Ambassador role
