Highland+ Bike Angels

Bike Angels are our eyes and ears along the route. They are assigned a portion of the route and assist participants and Activity Partners with any needs and report any issues that may arise to staff. Bike Angels also assist our staff with water stations, posting/removing signage along the route during set-up or breakdown.

Duties are as follows but are not limited to:

  • Assisting participants with basic bike repairs (flats, seat adjustments)

  • Providing directions or answering participants questions

  • Encourage participants to cross intersections along the route safely

  • Making sure Activity Partners are following rules and in their assigned area

  • Acting as runner for errands for day-of needs

  • Communicating any issues along the route to staff

  • Helping with set-up or breakdown depending on time of shift

  • Maintaining water stations

Minimum Age: 16

Required: MUST have mode of mobility (bike, skateboard, scooter, and roller skates/rollerblades).

Orientation Required? Yes, we will go over day-of logistics, as well as ride the route to get you ready for the day! The confirmation email will have a link to an event scheduler.
