APRIL 7 - Route Host Form

Route Hosts, are local businesses, houses of worship, and nonprofits that have a physical location on or one block off the route. We want all of these businesses/houses of worship/nonprofits to engage the community in this Open Street initiative. See below for how you can get involved.
